Appointment and Cancellation.

Dental Appointments and Cancellations made easier:

• We will always be available to book your appointment by phone, SMS text messaging from mobile phone and email.
• 2 way text messaging using your mobile phone.
• There will be a $75.00 cancellation fee if you fail to notify us in advance. For any cancellation of appointment, you need to give us at least 2 business-day advance notice.
• Cancellation of dental appointments are not accepted by leaving voice mail in office answering machine.
• There will be a $100.00 no show fee if you fail to show up to your confirmed dental appointment.
• For any passed dues beyond 1 months, there will be 1% interest per month.
